'The vila is very nice, with good views and near cute towns and villages. Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. A lot of dog hairs, and equipment to clean was missing. Even a drying rack for laundry was missing. The glasses and cutlery was not that much. We had to gather all the equipment from the apartments to cook and eat properly. Overall very nice, but we had a lot of contact with the owner to get the stuff we wanted.'

'We really enjoyed our holiday in August 2022 in this fantastic house. We are a family of 19 persons of which 11 children in different ages. Il Pavone Reale is a great house with a lot of space and nicely decorated. It has a great kitchen, tennis court, lovely pool, pizza house with fire wood oven, table tennis, bbq area and much more. Martin, the owner of the house, and Eleonora (his agent in Italy) were very friendly and helpful. When we had a question, they answered quickly. We had a lovely...

'Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub mit unseren 2 Töchtern und deren Freunden nebst Familienhund. Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten nebst Fluss zur Abkühlung erfreute uns und unseren Hund in schöner Natur. Die Lage ist günstig für viele schöne Ausflüge ans Meer und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Liguriens.'

'I am not one who typically writes reviews but I really couldn't have asked for a better home to spend a few nights in Piemonte. The house was big enough to have intimacy amongst friends and couples staying with us, warm enough to bring us all together to raise a glass, knife, and fork. The house felt like a home and we only wish it wasn't November and we could have spent more time relaxing by the pool. Can't wait to come back. Miss it already.'

'It is a great location in a small community. It is a very spacious house. We had the upper floor and the view of the balcony is beautiful . The contact with the owner is very good. She replies immediately . There is a very good restaurant in the village. And a very small shop on the square where we bought every morning fresh bread. We had a lovely time here.'

'Wir haben die Zeit in Andreas Haus genossen. Das Haus hat in jedem Raum Air Condition, die Zimmer sind gross. Auch die Küche ist so gross, dass eine 5 köpfige Familie bequem essen kann. Die nahe Autobahnbrücke hat nicht gestört. Der tägliche Fussweg zum Strand von 10 Minuten ist absolut OK. wir haben es sehr genossen und Andrea hat regelmässig nachgefrag, ob alles gut ist.
