'Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "Een perfecte ligging met openbaar vervoer aan de overkant van de straat, verschillende supermarkten en restaurants op 200m. De accommodatie was helemaal in orde, behalve een probleem met het schakelpaneel waardoor de wasmachine op onvoorziene momenten van de dag niet goed werkte. De beheerder heeft haar best gedaan om het probleem op te lossen, en toen dat op korte termijn niet mogelijk bleek kregen we zelfs toegang tot een ander appartement om dat onze was te kunnen doen. Heel tevreden over de manier van aanpak hier. Er zijn 3 airco units : één voor elke slaapkamer en nog één voor de living. Met een temperatuur buiten rond de 35 hadden we het tegen de 25 graden binnen, zonder het systeem te belasten. Airco top dus. De keuken is voorzien van al het nodige en voldoende groot om voor 4 mensen een maaltijd te bereiden. We hadden een groot terras langs de achterkant, en daar had een terras meubel niet misstaan. Nu was het terras nogal leeg en ongebruikt. Wij waren er als gezin met 2 tiener dochters, en de volgende keer dat we Turijn bezoeken gaven onze dochters al aan dat ze hier terug willen komen. Dat zegt genoeg."

"Nice and really beautifully decorated hotel. The rooms on the last floor have an interior staircase which is really cool. Also there is an underground tunnel that takes you to the nearby Grand Hotel Dino which looks like something out of a James Bond movie. Because of this you can also use the other hotel amenities which has more restaurants and an extra pool. Good continental breakfast and nice rooms and really helpful staff."

"Aangename accommodatie met basis comfort. Schoon, maar wat ouder en materialen van mindere kwaliteit. Standaard ontbijt, maar ruime hoeveelheden. Netjes gepresenteerd. Super vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte ligging: Vlak aan de Porta Nuova (centraal station en metro), de winkelstraten en op wandelafstand van het Egyptisch museum en de historische trekpleisters."
