'Clean room and helpful staff'

'We are currently on a 5,000 mile road trip through New England- a ‘bucket list’ trip we’ve been planning for years- with lodging varying from Wyndham to Hilton’s and others in between. When we found this resort on Expedia, we happily booked a room. To be completely honest, this was the most anticipated stop of our trip. Then we found out the hot air balloons would be there the same weekend and it made it that much more exciting… until we got there. The whole facility was very run down. The roads...

'Beautiful setting and views, perfect venue for events. Personable staff were superb. The event dinners were excellent. Many activities are available. Cons: Room decor was tired. The food menu choices are limited. Breakfast buffet for $20 is the only choice and food was not good both days we ate there. Lunch was Ok. Suggest adding specials to menus.'

'Het is duidelijk een skiresort. In de zomer zijn nogal wat faciliteiten gesloten. De restaurants zijn veel duurder dan in de omgeving. Overigens een prima kamer en, als het weer het toelaat (we troffen helaas een koude, regenachtige dag) is het waterpark vast goed.'

'We had a great stay with our young children. We stayed in early summer. There were lots of outdoor trails for us to take advantage of during the day. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs. We hope to be back!'

'Everything was very clean and our room was huge! The resort is very big, but it felt very cozy nonetheless. Beautiful views and perfect to stay for a while. Lots of amenities as well, even though we did not use them. '
