'The house is cute, well decorated but very small '

'Me and my family had the most amazing time in this home. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway book this place. We enjoyed the campfire (hosts started it for us), boardgames, sledding right in the back. We will book again it was perfect!'

'Place was cute. The master bedroom was nice and comfortable. Didn’t cook on this trip but house had everything you would need. The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area. Angel responded very quickly when I had a question. This was very helpful. '

'We had an extended stay while having work done on our home for 2 weeks. The cottage is very functional, user friendly with so many thoughtful touchs to make a most enjoyable stay. 'Wonderful property clean and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet location with fabulous hikes near by. Peaceful pond with great outdoor spaces. Well water was excellent which isn’t always the case in the Kerhonkson area. Would love to stay again! '

The house was in fantastic condition, it was thoughtfully stocked with supplies, and had every amenity one could imagine. The property is beautiful and obviously has more space than we knew what to do with. 'Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice...
