Well, certainly misleading. Definitely not luxury as the name suggests. Problems with heat, Internet, hot water. The couch is very uncomfortable and the bed pillow offer no neck support as they are extremely thin. By no means this appartment is luxury and is basic at best. Would never recommend that

The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days.
