'The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not'

'Clean hotel with decent amenities and nice breakfast. Good beds. Pool is quite small. Only interacted with two staff members and neither seemed to be particularly enjoying their day. Few pleasantries and no eye contact.'

'We were very disappointed. There is NO restaurant there. It's the same breakfast that you get at all hotels, except it cost $16 a person + tax and then they expected a tip. Also, it was in there common area. No adjoining restaurant. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, which the description said every day. We were there for 3 nights and it was not cleaned at all. We'll stay somewhere else next time we are down.'

'The property is very well maintained and clean. They have good security where you even have to use your key card to access the elevator. Breakfast in the morning is excellent. There are many options and it is also very clean. There is hot coffee, tea and cocoa available 24 hours a day. The staff is also very attentive, helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and had a large fridge. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for the price. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!'

'The building is very dated and was not worth the amount I paid. There were large water stains on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, the sink stopper was missing, and overall it is just very dated. I would not have minded it for one night if the fee wasn't so much. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and check-out.'
