'The location is prime near many Of Milwaukee's sights. It's located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and not far from many things. The staff from check in to check out, were exceptional, the property well maintained and cleaned. I requested a room overlooking the downtown area and lake michigan.East side was not at all disappointed. And the price for what I got was really a wonderful surprise. The casino is well worth the gamble. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to a future visit.'

'Loved the room! The room had a sitting area with a sectional that was a sofa bed. The staff was excellent and shared with my wife and I gems to visit in the city. Customer service at its BEST! My Complimentary breakfast was decent enough to hold you over until lunch. I will recommend Hyatt Place to family and friends and we will make it our future hotel preference. '

'Friendly persons, clean room and a good breakfast. Very close to a busstop which I only can recommend. For $ 2.00 the bus drives you straight to the center and you just have to put the money in a box near the busdriver. It’s cheaper if you go by car(parking costs)'

'Hotel is situated at walking distance from Harley Davidson Museum and downtown. Rooms are huge and very nicely decorated. However, the beds are lumpy and therefore not very comfortable. Bar staff and staff at check out not friendly at all.'

'Had an issue with the valet parking. Young man who took our key fob went off shift without logging it in. I only knew there was an issue because I did not receive the valet text for payment and retrieval. It took about 45 minutes to resolve. Glad I did not need vehicle right away! Rest of experience was great! Super friendly staff in Hotel.'

'Stayed close to The Miller High Life Theater, easy walk and very safe. Great staff! Got a warm cookie at check in and a free drink ticket for the bar. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed.'

Had a few issues with the room, tv was not working and required a tech visit, only to pods of coffee in the room, and no toilet paper, except for very little in the roll. Had to make a stop down the hallway closet to serve out selves. '

'The staff was fantastic! Parking was kind of a rip-off because to self park it was $35 or valet was $50. There wasn't a lot of choices where to park so we valet parked. The valets were awesome. Our room was relatively clean but the carpet was worn and stained in spots.overall it was comfortable, affordable and very centrally located'
