'4:pm Went in rang bell 4 times, no response. Called got message machine. Finally another person walks in and rings bell. Manager Patel walks in goes straight by me and goes to coffee machine, fills up his coffee then casually walks around me and decides to acknowledge my presents. You can see it was recently remodeled but based on from desk area it won’t be long before it goes downhill.'

'Loved the best western close to the things we needed to be by. The pool is indoors in the lobby so it can echo and be a little loud when you’re in your room but overall great stay. Staff was lovely. '

'Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I booked based on prior reviews and they were very wrong. The hot tub area was filthy. Dead bugs in the windowsills, given it's winter, those bugs have been there quite a while. Black mold on the walls. The hot tub itself was dirty. Signs clearly indicated that alcohol was not allowed in the pool area. Several guests were having quite the party, the beer was flowing. I, along with other guests, mentioned this to the front desk, nothing was...
