'We loved this place. Most important thing for us is the cleanliness... It was CLEAN! The other thing of importance to us is how comfortable the matress and bedding is. We give this a 10! The location was great too...close to town so we were able to walk to everything. '

'I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible.'

'Was without hot water my entire stay, the host was able to accommodate me but never followed through with the accommodation; the communication between the host and I before my check out time was disabled before I could get any information about the accommodation; I tried calling and received no answer. 'Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. '

'Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. '
