'Linen was not changed during our three nights stay! The room was not cleaned properly. we had to complain to get it thoroughly cleaned. We believe that we did not receive value for our money!'

'The property is run down, there are strange people lingering out front all the time, the room was tiny and the bathroom had mold in the grout of the shower and the floor is cracking and in need of serious repairs. I wasn’t expecting much based on the reviews but if it hadn’t been a non refundable rate I wouldn’t have stayed here. I did not feel safe at all. I think they have people living at the hotel.'

'Was okay for one night to get a shower and the sheets seemed clean. The curtain rod and curtains fell off the back window when I tried to open them and the TV had no sound -tried everything with the complicated two remote controls - nope.'

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'Self check in was easy and the instructions were clear. We didn’t have to contact anyone or ask any questions because we were provided with everything we needed prior to arrival. Beautiful place. I would stay here again.'

'The property was kept up very well and the room was classy. The bed was very comfortable and we loved all the woodwork. The continental breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, but we struggled with accents.'

'Upon arrival, we were utterly disappointed. The photos do not properly depict the hotel’s terrible condition. The room was disgusting, it looked as though it had been previously broken into, it was not clean, the sheets were not white, but a dingy grey. We very quickly requested a refund and continued on our way to find something better. The man at the front desk was very helpful and assured us that a refund had been processed. Please do yourself a favour and don’t consider staying here.'

'The hottub was unfortunately, not working. Not really a problem except that the hotel never informed its guests of the issue. And so we got into our suits, went down to the pool, only to be disappointed. Other than that, a very good experience.'

'Room ok, breakfast better some days than others. Motel had a restaurant at one time that’s now just the complimentary breakfast area. We told front desk that our shampoo bottle hanging in shower was empty, ignored.'
