'Nice clean room We didn’t wait long for the airport shuttle '

'When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund. '

'While undergoing renovations this hotel was amazing! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and just lovely. The rooms were clean,the breakfast was good and the location is great! The only thing to improve would be to fix the jets in the hot tub - they weren't working; and I do wish there was a gym. However everything else exceeded my expectations, and I would book there again in the future.'

'Upon entry, I had to kick needles out of the way before my 4 year old picked them up. There were blood soaked rags laying about, cans of pop and random debris. There was a woman who pulled up in a taxi and was drunk and spitting as she was exiting. The place felt dark and didn’t feel inviting. The staff member at the front was not at all enthusiastic. We went to bed at 8pm and by 9pm a group was situated next door and they were loud and drinking until 2:45am. I called down to the desk to ask if...

'Spacious rooms but noisy. Airco does it's work but sounds like a F-16 engine. Kingsize and room with queens: both very hard matras. Staff friendly and helpfull (as your bathroom door is (b)locked from the outside ... and forgood diner suggestions). Continental breakfast good. '

'The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again.'

'We chose this hotel as it was mid-range price. The staff are awesome and helpful. It is always so nice to be met by people who are genuinely warm and caring. The property itself is very tired, very dated. There is plenty of garbage around in the parking lot. It does not seem to have been cleaned up at any point recently.
