You want to see a beautiful sunset/sunrise? You’re challenged to find another as beautiful as the ones you will experience in Destin Florida! All the while sitting on your own balcony without a single care of the daily “grind”. (Each room allows for entry onto the balcony without disturbing any other occupants in the unit.)

This unit sleeps 6/8 people confortably.
It is a 2bdrm/2ba unit, including a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, with a large lighted closet & a makeup area, and a connecting bathroom with a walk in shower. All lines are supplied. The Master Bedroom closet has a safe in it a $50.00 REFUNDABLE key deposit is included in the REfUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit.

The guest room has two full beds with a large closet
and its own connecting bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. AllLinens are supplied.


There is a dining room, kitchen, and a breakfast area and a snack bar with a view of the gulf. The living room has two chairs, the dining room table seats six, with an additional 2 seats in the breakfast area of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and all the linens are supplied. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, has its own flat screen TV with a DVD/CD players in the bedrooms and an iPod player in the living room.
The bedrooms and breakfast area has ceiling fans.

Need to wash that beach wear? Sure! This unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer.

In case you can’t completely get away, this unit boasts wireless internet at no additional charge. Fiber Optic

How about an afternoon cocktail beside the heated pool, and 2 hot tubs. There is also a Bathhouse by the pool with sauna's, showers. and bathrooms.
The Tiki Bar outside by the pool serves food and drinks, weather permitting.

Sports enthusiast will love the outside tennis and basketball courts, with a sauna to aid those aching pains. There is plenty of room to sunbathe with a large sun deck out by the pool and hot tubs.

Watch gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from Surfside's legendary Beach Tower with picnic tables while you sip your morning coffee or your favorite evening beverage.

Ready for the beach? A sky bridge takes you right onto the sandy white beaches. A beach set, which includes two chairs and one umbrella, is our gift to you and is provided at no additional charge. Your vehicle and your belongings are safe at Surfside with 24 hour security (not that it‘s needed).
