    Dit prachtig ingerichte, bijgewerkte appartement op de 3e verdieping in de gewilde gemeenschap van Ciboney, biedt alle gemakken van thuis en biedt een prachtig uitzicht en gemakkelijke toegang tot ons eigen privégedeelte van de beroemde smaragdgroene wateren en kristalstranden van Destin. Eén stap binnen de deur en een glimp van de Golf doen onze bezoekers zeggen: "Ahhh!"

    Stap de koele, met hout bewerkte gang binnen met zijn rustgevende tropische tinten en je gaat direct naar de open woonkamer met flatscreen-tv. De helder witte, luchtige keuken heeft nieuwe granieten aanrecht met onder-mount wastafel en een ontbijttafel met plaats voor vier. De eettafel biedt plaats aan nog eens zes personen, dus er is genoeg ruimte voor familiediners samen. De comfortabele, smaakvol ontworpen woonkamer opent naar het grote, overdekte balkon waar u kunt ontspannen met een koel drankje, terwijl u "drinkt" in het adembenemende uitzicht.

    Na een dag op het strand of een diner in het nabijgelegen Pompano Joe's, komt u thuis om uit te rusten in een van de mooi bijgewerkte slaapkamers. Twee slaapkamers zijn voorzien van kingsize bedden en de slaapkamer heeft een staking naar het balkon waar u wakker kunt worden met het panoramische oceaanlandschap. De derde slaapkamer heeft een stapelbed. Dit toestel is perfect voor families die samen reizen, een golfreis voor jongens of een uitje met een vriendin. De unit is compleet met een grote wasmachine en droger, dus geen vakantie-was meer bij thuiskomst. Maar we waarschuwen u - het is moeilijk om deze plek te verlaten! Alle slaapkamers hebben tv's
     
    De buurt heeft geen doorgaand verkeer, wat zeer wordt gewaardeerd door gezinnen met kinderen. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid, tennisbanen en een privézwembad.

    Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de buurt, waaronder Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk en alle verschillende attracties en recreatieve activiteiten van Destin. Er is echt iets voor elk gezinslid. Van kunst en cultuur tot ecotoerisme, van lekker eten tot snelle hapjes, van sport en avontuur tot winkelen en spa's; het Destin-gebied heeft het allemaal.

    Huur een boot of paddleboard. Speel golf of stuit op een schat op het strand of in een van de vele winkelstraten. Ga diepzeevissen of verken de beroemde, uitgestrekte Choctawhatchee Bay in wat bekend staat als 'het gelukkigste vissersdorp ter wereld'. Destin-dining is ook wereldberoemd onder fijnproevers en gewone mensen. U kunt parachutespringen, zeilen, cruisen, dolfijnen kijken en de vele mogelijkheden verkennen die u te wachten staan aan de smaragdgroene oevers van dit stuk van de ongelooflijk schilderachtige panhandle van Florida. Of je kunt gewoon uitademen en ontspannen ...

Beautiful condo with great ocean views from balcony, living room, and master bedroom! The communication with the host was great, gave us everything we needed to know prior to arrival. The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay!

Small room by door could be made bigger. Needs reconfigured. Maybe move laundry room to other side take some space from master bedroom. That way the third room has a little more space. Location was perfect price was decent.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our four night stay! Place is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Very convenient to be just across the street from the beach and felt perfectly safe. Loved the balcony with nice view of the ocean. The only complaint would be that the front bedroom king size bed was so squeaky (or loud) every time one rolls over or moves…might need to replace mattress set. The bunk bed room is literally a closet but will easily sleep two kids. The sectional sofa is comfy and can sleep one or two as well. Overall, great place!

Best get away before school starts

The property was modern and charming. We had plenty of room to spread out. The movie selection in the unit was BANANAS!!! We instacarted groceries. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes. We were able to get around town. There are not that many walkable restaurants for dinner so I recommend getting dinner groceries or ridesharing like we did. The property manager was easy to communicate with and was very attentive. Our family had a great time and spent 3 days/4 nights and loved every minute. Thank you for the memories.

Vacation

It was a cute room. We did have a few issues with the property. The A/C broke and took about the 4 days to get fixed. However, they got it fixed and kept us in the loop. The toilet broke as well but again they fixed it the next day and kept us in the loop. The issues were out of our hand and the owner hand but hopefully it was fixed for the future stays. Love the property, apartment living is noisy. We heard EVERYTHING upstairs. The bed bed room close to the front door sweaks for every movement. Still a wonderful place to stay!

Great location to beach access

Beach access for family of 5 was ideal. There was an issue upon arrival of our door code not working. Luckily the property cleaning staff was already in our condo and she was able to contact management directly for a refresh code and we were able to get in. King bed was extremely uncomfortable, but condo is nice size and cute. I recommend brining your own toilet tissue- 1 ply style provided, paper towels- 1 roll, and trash bags if staying longer than a couple days; im glad we thought to bring additional. Overall a great place to stay right across the street from the beautiful emerald coast. Would return to Ciboney Condos for another stay!

Good overall but missed the mark on a several important things

This is our 3rd time staying at Ciboney, but our first time in this particular unit. I love the location, we had a good view of the ocean and the unit was decorated nicely. We always stay here since it has its own beach access, and it’s beside our favorite restaurant. Our first issue was at checkin. The door code sent to me did not work at all, so after lugging up our bags we were stuck standing at the door in 100° heat trying to call the property manager to get us the correct code. Second, the dryer does not work. Like, at all. It took five cycles to even remotely get the towels dry, so we had to start hanging towels on the balcony instead. Lastly, I highly suggest changing whoever you use to launder the bedding. The sheets had obviously not been changed. There were long black hairs and what looked to be scabs on the bed after pulling back the covers, so after driving 7+ hours I had to wash the bedding before we could even sleep. The mattress pad also had an old menstrual stain that they look to have attempted to clean, but should have been thrown away completely. There was a set of clean sheets left on the couch (not sure if they knew they didn’t clean the linens and wanted us to change them or what) but they were queen size sheets and both beds were king. Overall, we love Ciboney and will be back, but we will not be staying in this unit or any units managed by this particular group again.

Decently nice

We stayed here during the end of May. My biggest complaint was it wasn’t nearly as clean as I felt it should be for the price. The dishwasher didn’t work well, the dryer didn’t work, and the microwave was broken. However even though there was an issue with those. Don’t let the reflect you decision on staying here. We overall enjoyed our stay and would come back even with those issues 100%.

Place was decent, good pricing and good location. They had clean towels bunk beds was in a very tiny room but we made it work. Other then that perfect for a family of 6.

Celebrating 49 years of life

The room and location was just what we needed to do what we came to do!! head straight for the beach in a moment’s notice and be there in under FIVE MINUTES!! Our room was very open, clean, nicely, decorated and accommodating. The only disappointment was the balcony door off the living room being hard to maneuver to close turn in for the night. Thank you for giving us a clean and welcoming space to enjoy our visit to Destin

Just Like Home

The property was well maintained and provided all the comforts of home. It was just like home, but better. The proximity to the beach was great and even closer than I imagined. My kids loved the heated pool. We would definitely return.

The location was perfect. Close walking distance to the beach and property manager was very helpful. Property was getting a facelift at the time of our stay but only cause a little inconvenience with parking.

Awesome place to stay !

This is our 6th summer staying here at the ciboney condominiums. Everytime goes by too fast ! Very family friendly place and right across from the beach !

Property was just as advertised, great partial view of ocean,

Condo right across street from private beach access. Entire building was being painted, but didn't disrupt our stay. Management was very responsive when garbage disposal was broken because the last guest poured rocks down the drain!. They repaired right away. Activity package was great! My husband enjoyed free golf? Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect get away

This air bnb was phenomenal! In close proximity to mostly everything in Miramar Beach. We walked to get coffee each morning and went to Pompano Joes a handful of times. The condo was very clean and quiet.

Wonderful Trip!

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and had many updates. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean as well. Overall a great location and private beach access was another plus. Barb was great at communicating back and forth with us leading up to our stay, as we were a little worried due to Covid-19 and the restrictions Flordia had in place. The only complaint I have is the pool itself could have been kept cleaner but it was a very busy week while we were there so maybe that explains it. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
