Beach Vibes

This place was amazing and just like the pictures!!! It’s in a perfect spot and it was so clean!!! The beds are so comfortable!!! The beach is across the street !!! My family and I loved being in the middle of everything!!! The staff was very helpful,very nice , answered any questions you may have, and checked on you throughout your stay !!! Many restaurants to choose from around you and has plenty of entertainment for kids!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Great place to stay! 10/10 would book again!

We booked this condo the day before we were set to arrive due to issues with our original reservation (with a different management company). Thank goodness this was available because we absolutely loved it! The condo itself is very sleek and stylish and the location is superb, just a few steps away from the action of Baytowne Wharf. Despite being so close to the shops and restaurants, we hardly heard any street noise from within the condo. This was very important to us since we were traveling with our two year old and trying to stick to his nap and nighttime schedule (IYKYK). The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with via text messages. Our son loved the pool, the carousel and running around the green space every night. There’s also a nice playground for kids of all ages. I would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

Stay was good, couple of issues that was not resolved. Tv in the master bedroom was not working. Did not get the correct code to the swimming pool

Perfect Location for sure

Super cute place and located in the heart of Sandestin area. You are steps away from the Baytowne Wharf and a few steps from the conference center. There are stairs you have to go up, but once there, it is great. I enjoyed the additional exercise. Highly recommend this place!

Steps from everything! Our kids (10 and 12) thought this was the coolest place! We stay in Baytown often and this was sooooo unique. Thank you for a fun weekend! :)

French doors galore

Nice getaway. Well stocked kitchen (we made a lot of meals ) The pool area was nice. If I were to complain about anything it would be the stairs. I like to exercise but my knees won’t let me enjoy climbing up stairs. There are stairs to the pool, parking garage, condo main level and again stairs to the bedrooms. We did have a good time in spite of the stairs. Shopping and places to eat just outside the door.

Relax and reset

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 1. Location and ease of getting to the beach. We did not have to leave the area to eat or shop. The only place we traveled to during our 4- night stay was the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from owner and tote those on the tram to the beach. Much cheaper than renting from beach vendors. Area felt safe. 2. Unit was clean and updated. This is my number one requirement when renting and this condo met my expectations. Very happy with the level of cleanliness. A couple weird things with the design...including a secondary bedroom with toilet and shower all in one. My teenager did not like that at all, but he survived. 3. Not easy traveling from parking garage to unit. We had to drag luggage down steps from garage and then up steps to get into unit. If you have any mobility issues beware, this unit is not likely for you. 5. Couch was covered with a blanket, which I pray they wash between guests. Did not like this part, but it is probably covering up sofa stains. Light colored couches in rentals don't have long lives without looking gross. 6. We would love to stay again on our next trip to Destin in the fall. If you don't have to be on the beach or steps from the beach, this unit is a great option.

Getaway

I liked property alot very clean and comfortable. Right in the middle of everything in the resort. The has everything you need for a short trip or an extended stay. Bedrooms are nice and the showers are amazing. Give this place a 10. Only thing I didn’t like was checking out my code stop working 15 minutes before check out.

Great stay

This is a great unit. Two women in their 40s checked in after 10 days in Europe . It was so funny to check in and still have a European vibe and toilets. The place is gorgeous and the property manager was a great communicator. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome get away

The property is in the area we wanted, and different. As in, it’s kind of hidden and that makes it super original! The place was really nice, the hosts are great communicators, and the Baytowne Warf is so pretty. I would recommend it for sure.

Perfect spot!

We have stayed at the Wharf @ Baytowne a few times over the years in different condos, but this one was the best location in relation to parking, the pool, workout center, and the center square where the live entertainment is. Would definitely book this one again!

The property's location was close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. And use of the tram service to the beach provided with the property was very convenient. All instructions needed for the stay were given in detail prior to arrival. Our family's overall stay was phenomenal!

We had a fabulous time here. Our stay was for my son’s wedding. The condo was perfect - clean, comfortable and had every amenity we needed. Location was great with walk to wedding venue, shopping, restaurants steps away! BEST TIME!
