This condominium was a great place to stay! I was hesitant to book a unit that had a street between the complex and the beach, but it was actually convenient and less difficult to get to the beach than a lot of other places I have stayed at that were ocean front with no road separating the beach from where we stayed. The condo is nicely decorated, roomy and has everything you need. It was also quiet and we didn’t hear the neighbors sliding doors open/close or people walking around. The only negative was that both bedroom mattresses are not in good shape and need to be replaced. They both sag and one of the mattresses had a spring that wedged into your body while lying down. We did bring our large yellow lab with and she was happy to be there. There are a lot of dog friendly condos at Miramar Beach and everyone was very receptive to all the dogs who traveled with their families. The beaches here are beautiful and our family has decided that we will no longer travel to east coast beach destinations or travel further into Florida for future trips because these beaches are stunning and there aren’t many other beaches that compare to the soft quartz sand and the beautiful, clear water in this area. We never used the pool area because we enjoy the beach more than anything, but there were lots of other people using the facilities daily. I would rent this same condo again when we return as long as the owners replace the mattresses.
