The fenced in yard is a must for the pups. House was clean and ready to stay. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Area of town is wonderful and quiet. Would definitely return again!

Quiet place to stay for my family. Bedrooms up stairs and down allow for accessibility for Grandma! Communication with the host was efficient and responsive. No excessive checkout tasks, which is a bonus. Also a lovely backyard for the kids to play in. Park within walking distance makes it especially convenient for kids.

Thank you very much for a very nice and comfortable stay. Your property had all the necessary amenities for us all to feel at home away from our home. I fell in love with the quiet neighborhood / location and close proximity to The City. I’m ready to move to the Northeast / St. Anthony area. Our pup thoroughly enjoyed every inch of the big backyard. If you will have us, we would love to stay again.

We were visiting Minneapolis for a basketball tournament. The house was perfect for the amount of boys that we had. The property Owner is very communicative and understanding.

Wonderful place to stay. We come to MN every year and always stay here. If you come in the summer and have young children, this location is great, right across from a large park with a wading pool and play ground.

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home! Plenty of space for sleep and privacy but also to get together in 2 different living areas. Joe was very communicative and a great host! Great place to stay for small or larger group.

The listing fit the needs of our family perfectly. The size of the home is definitely true to the description, and it comfortably fit us. The communication from the owner Joe was right on point and very timely. There were very clear instructions for anything needed to be done. When coming from a state that doesn't have the same requirements, the trash process (recycle, trash, compost) was a little intimidating and hard to get used to a first but was able to manage after the second day. The other thing that we were not prepared for is the low water pressure. But we did love the steam shower downstairs!! We probably would have used the picnic table outside if we had covers for the top and the benches. We loved the park across the street and the little water park that was there. The proximity of the house to where we needed and wanted to go daily was perfect.. not much further than 20 minutes in any direction. Overall - thank you Joe for providing a great place and if given the opportunity we probably will be looking up your place to see if available!

Graduation Weekend

We had a great time. It was perfect for our quick family weekend for our daughter’s graduation and travel with my sister’s dog.

It was a nice stay. The kitchen has out dated cooking utensils pots and pans but fully stocked dishwater the host is easy to communicate with. And was accommodating. The bed frame downstairs was damaged not sure when but the host replaced it at a reasonable price I’m not sure we caused it but I can not say we didn’t so we eat that cost. Next time I will take video of everything when we arrive and when we leave. I did not like that it felt like we were being spied on. I received a random text from the host on Sunday about how hot it was in the house and that we should turn on the a/c. We cooked Sunday dinner and had a house full of ppl but no one was over heated or felt hot enough to turn on the a/c. That was a bit creepy for me. Anyhow all in all. we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Work Trip

From booking to checkout, Joe was quick to respond and easy to work with. The property was perfect for 4 employees in the area for a 3 day project. If and when we are back in the area, we would definitely stay at this property again.
