'Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd...
