'We stayed for 2 and half weeks in Mimaru Namba North Osaka. This hotel is definitely one of the reasons that make our Japan trip the best vacation we've ever had.
The location of the hotel is perfect for our city trip. It's within walking distance to tourist-crowded Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Namba and Nihonbashi shopping area is also not too far away by foot (good news for manga fans and Gundam enthusiasts). Yotsubashi subway station is very close. 'Had a good experience at the hotel. Location is right near Dotonbori yet far enough away that it was quiet and pleasant.
The hotel’s offering of drinks was a great addition and we definitely took advantage of them and the seating area to have dinners. The hotel even took us to the bus terminal and assisted in getting tickets to Kansai. Next time we are in Osaka, staying at Hotel 88 again. '

'The hotel is stunning!!
We were traveling for a very special occasion, and the hotel sent us a special gift that consisted of three sets of chopsticks, cookies, and a voucher for a drink at their beautiful bar. This was very thoughtful, and we really appreciated it.
There were 6 bottles of water refilled every morning and a ton of high-quality facial products, including bath salts for the tub. The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to everything, including the metro.

'Great property in great location. Walking distance to Amerikamura and Dontonbori but far enough away to be quiet. Convenient location to Namba station if planning a day trip to Nara. We had adjoining rooms which were perfect for 2 adults + 2 teenagers. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the free amenities and drinks machines were much appreciated and used. '

'Pleasant dorms with nice amenities. Located in an art district with many nice cafes within walking distance. The common area is very nice, and so is the management. They have a security camera on the entrance and digital key fobs so it’s secure and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Dit hotel kent een chique uitstraling. De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant, zeker wanneer je met twee personen reist maar als solo reiziger is het prima te doen.
Het bed is een mooi groot bed en met mijn 1.93 zeker in de lengte niet te klein. Het matras was lekker hard. Iets wat ik wel kan waarderen.
De kamer was voorzien van een TV met een beperkt aantal Japanse zenders maar je kon ook gebruik van YouTube of inloggen op een van de vele streaming aanbieders zoals Netflix.

'Hotel was great! I think its really value for the money because its clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Loved the bath tub in twin room and all the soaps ans small details :) only thing the breakfast was quite repetitive and simple, so possibly yoi could survive with Aeon food, which is 1 min from the hotel '

'Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Building was very clean, beds were clean. I had the bottom bunk, was very clean. Has plenty of room and nice privacy. Room has an aircon. Bathrooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Felt very safe. De badkamer was klein maar voorzien van een toilet/bidet met verwarmde bril. Ik ga dit wel missen in de winter in Nederland. De douche is heerlijk. De sterkte van de straal kan ingesteld worden maar over het algemeen wat aan de harde kant. Dit kan verminderd worden door minder druk op de kraan te zetten.
Zeker een aanbeveling voor mensen die Osaka willen verkennen. Het is centraal gelegen nabij Osaka Namba station van waaruit diverse trein en metrolijnen vertrekken. "
