Relax you’ve found it! Sorrento is a coastal inspired four-bedroom holiday home within a short stroll to the sand and surf of the well-acclaimed Middleton Beach.
With enough room to accommodate two families or a group of adult friends under the one roof, entertaining after exploring the many tourist attractions throughout Port Elliot, Goolwa and Victor Harbor will be a treat.
Sorrento’s front and rear balconies are a great spot to take advantage of the coastal environment. Enjoy reading, soaking up the sun or entertaining with the fresh sea breeze, ocean views and the sound of the waves surrounding you.

The Space:
The upper level of the home has a welcoming feel with character ceilings throughout and multiple windows adding to the feeling of space and the abundance of natural light. The open-plan living and dining area adjoins the kitchen area, which has a dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, including a 55inch Smart TV. The main bedroom with ensuite is also on this level.

The lower level, also with a welcoming feel, consists of the additional three bedrooms, second living area also with TV, DVD and games table (perfect for the kids), main bathroom and separate laundry.

On the outside you’ll find a fully fenced back yard, ideal for the kids to have a game of cricket, BBQ area with outdoor setting where you can relax and enjoy each other’s company and a bottle of local wine. Ample off street parking is available.

Beautifully presented, clean and welcoming! Great instructions for BBQ and blinds. Fantastic house for a family. Loved the pool table, views of the beach and location! We will be back. Our dog loved it too!!!

Perfect house for our family

We had a wonderful time at this property. It’s proximity to the beach was amazing and loved the sea views from the lounge room, the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and dog, but could have easily fit in another family to share with. We would definitely stay again. The property management team have also been very helpful.

We loved the proximity to the beach! Lots of surfing and so the outdoor hot shower was excellent afterwards! We enjoyed lovely walks along the beach into Port Elliott for coffee. We loved the pool table and all of the great amenities in the house. Can't wait to stay here again soon!

Great balance of everything we wanted

The house is in a fantastic location with views to the water and around 150m to the beach. It is well laid out with parents bedroom and ensuite upstairs and heaps of space downstairs. The rear yard is beautifully landscaped with an attractive table setting out of the wind. The property manager was always helpful. We hope to go back again.

Awesome for families

With the main bedroom upstairs and rest of beds downstairs and a pool table, this house was ideal for our family. Being located on a corner block so close to the beach, the views of the ocean were great. There were plenty of amenities and lots of backyard space. Only criticism was that the hot water ran out after a morning of showers which left none for the evening. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Sorrento

This holiday rental was perfect for our family. Clean and well presented with great facilities. Excellent lay out when sharing with a holiday house with teens, the pool table a big hit with the kids. I also appreciated the peace of mind of the secure yard for my dogs. Fantastic location, less than three minute walk to the beach. First on our list when we return to Middle ton again.
