In the center of it all on Ocean Dr., across the street from the beach. Up to 4 guests can enjoy a newly designed and renovated 1000 square ft - two bedroom / two bathroom apartment. This stunning apartment is located at the Carlyle hotel in the heart of South beach on the corner of 13th and Ocean Dr..

Peace and quiet can be enjoyed and there is a restaurant down stairs for your convenience.

Walk across the street to the beach or pick any direction for an abundance of restaurants and shopping options.

The Space:
There is a rollaway bed available in the event it is needed. This makes a total of 3 beds available.

Guest Access:
This is an apartment in a former world famous hotel. The entire apartment is for rent to a maximum of 4 guests.

The Neighborhood:
In the middle of all the sights of South Beach. Shopping, restaurants and the beach are right outside your door.

There is a Whole Foods about 0.5 miles away on Alton Rd. Groceries and a gym are only blocks away. Walk to everything!

Other Things to Note:
Valet parking is available for $20-$30 a day based on season. There is also a parking garage for $20 a day or $1 an hour, half a block away right on 13th St.

Wonderful Stay in South Beach

Our family stayed at this apartment over a Spring vacation. Communication about the booking was wonderful prior to arriving and during it. The apartment had everything, nicely decorated and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Spring break with family

Communication was great. I'm giving this property 3 stars due to the fact the apartment was next to the entrance and it was super noisy with doors slamming all night long. Also- I booked this when it was a spring break not knowing cops were going to be parked outside the window with their lights on all night long (barricades up and down the street as streets are blocked off) and the shades are only slit shades so it was difficult to sleep. That being said- I wouldn't have booked this VRBO if I had known these 2 things..The unit is clean, however the master bath shower is challenging to get in and out of especially if you have mobility issues. It's a deep tub and you have to straddle wide to enter. Maintenance entered my unit when I was showering which was terrifying! I spoke to the managers but all of these issues can be resolved. Overall this unit is nice and if you don't mind the noise then this unit is perfect for you!

South beach stay

It’s an interesting area to stay, but not quiet. If you’re looking for an active area with lots of restaurants and bars this is a great location. Places on ocean Ave and within a few blocks abound. Condo was spacious enough for two couples, well stocked, and clean. Easy on and out. $20 per day parking very near.

Southbeach Party

This property is located in a great location on Southbeach. We were able to access the beach, clubs, and restaurants with no effort at all. The property was clean and quiet, but the party awaited us outside. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to make the most of their time while visiting Miami Beach.

Fantastic Location and gorgeous condo!

The pictures don’t really do this place justice. It was very modern, immaculate clean, modern kitchen, comfortable beds in both rooms. Beautiful bathrooms, washer dryer, plus all of the little extra touches(soap, shampoo, coffee and creamers). I would highly recommend, even despite it being spring break, it was sound insulated very well, so we didn’t hear a lot of street noise at night as it is pretty crazy on this closed street for spring break. Beach was beautiful with all the amenities provided in the apartment. Beach chairs, towels and anything you could pretty much need at the beach. Great stay, will be returning soon! Thanks to Thomas and his team!

Clean, modern with perfect location!

We only stayed one night but the entire rental process was great from beginning to end. Owner contacted me to confirm immediately after booking and checked in with me a few days beforehand. Property manager at the building was wonderful and was able to accommodate our slightly early check-in. Unit was very clean, updated and well-appointed. We had everything we needed (except some Kleenex). 2nd bedroom was private when solid doors were closed. I would caution that one shower has a large ledge to get over so anyone with compromised mobility might have an issue using that shower. However, the other shower is a walk-in and easier to access. We enjoyed our short stay!

Beautiful property

The Decour and the cleanliness were spectacular. Great location! We did have one problem and it was the air conditioning was not working for the first day, Which we just had the unfortunate timing of checking in there on a Sunday. So not many air conditioning guys are working on a Sunday. However Carlos and the desk manager Lillian made sure that the following day the air-conditioning was repaired. From then on it was a wonderful stay. And I get a It my conditioning has broke at my home also Thanks!!!
