Communication with the property manager was exceptional. They checked in with us frequently and addressed all issues we had promptly. Very happy. The property itself provided the described fantastic direct views of the ocean. We enjoyed the balconies immensely! Couple of things that weren’t so great - the carpeting is badly stained and frayed to the point I didn’t want to walk on it in bare feet. The sliding doors above the tub to the master bath were off track and askew but we were able to fix them with some fiddling. The sliding doors off the MBR started whistling loudly from the wind, keeping us awake. We wound up stuffing paper towels under the door to get some sleep but it looks like they’ve attempted to fix this before (tape on tracks). Need a more permanent solution. There were times the AC units on the roof next door made it too loud to sit on the wraparound balcony but we just moved to the other to escape the noise. Overall, the quality communication and the outstanding view were worth the price and we would stay again if they replace the carpeting. The Fontainebleau is expensive but the pools are immaculate and the oceanfront is gorgeous! Thanks for an overall great stay.
