« Hotel Résidence génial, toutefois ce serait bien d'avoir une petite boutique ou un distributeur pour les achats sommaires (Brosse à dent - dentifrice - savon - jus - biscuits .... surtout pour les arrivées tardives à l'hôtel. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour. »

« Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area all within walking distance. Tyler is an exceptional host and is very prompt with communication. He makes sure you have everything you need. « Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!! »

« Close to beach at end of strip. Pretty quiet area. Easy to get around. Very basic room but has what you need. Shared patio good for morning coffee. AC loud and lights super bright. Host texted me prior to issue with AC on unit and easily transferred me to another room before I arrived. »

« Everything about our stay was fantastic thank you very much. The view from the pool was spectacular and we could walk to everything in Coconut Grove. »
