The property and unit itself are as advertised, it's a very nice unit in a great location. However, the unit wasn't ready on the first day of our 7 night stay. While another unit was found for us that night, it was a major inconvenience and very frustrating way start the stay. We also had to call for assistance three times to deal with the electronic entry system that stopped working one night, a patio door handle that needed repair, and a re-light of the hot water on demand unit which didn't provide hot water on one of the mornings. Overall, while the property manager was very prompt and responsive to all of this, it was otherwise a very unacceptable number of issues with no compensation offered.
Overall rating = 2 for reasons above
Cleanliness was excellent
Communication = 2 for what I believe was a double booking of the first night we had reserved and paid for; otherwise property manager was very responsive to the other issues.
Property Condition = beautiful unit, but a 3 for number of issues to be resolved in a 7 night stay.
Area around the property is excellent; great area to stay in.
