I need to start by stating the photos are very old and deceiving. Most of this unit shows a lot of wear. We stayed for 6 nights. Bring the following before entering the unit. Filtered water is not provided. Paper towels not provided. Pots and pans are worn and need to be replaced by owner. Rugs throughout the unit are dirty and very frayed. The one chair in living room was broken, my husband fell out of the first night. Be aware that toilets clog, we had the two toilets clog and fixed ourselves. This could be a very nice unit if only the owners would put some money into it. It looks like they rent over and over with very little upkeep to the property. Also know no one is onsite if problem happen.

The location was fantastic. The building was very nicely kept with a very nice man as the concierge. The apartment itself is fine, but it is not well stocked. We were a party of 5 and there wasn’t enough glasses or coffee mugs for an apartment that says 8 can stay. The kitchen doesn’t have any bakeware or sheets to even heat up something and we had hoped to do some cooking.The communication with the office was challenging. Months before my final payment I reached out to ask if I could change my credit card for final payment. They tried running the old card 3 times even when I reminded them to send the link so I could pay with a new card. I filled out all the required paperwork with our IDs and they lost it. Then, I wasn’t able to get check-in instructions until the day I arrived after requesting multiple times. As of today, I still don’t have the deposit back to my card even though they confirmed the apartment was left in perfect condition and I should receive it. Found the whole experience very frustrating and I use this platform several times a year with no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. It was in a lovely neighborhood with an easy enjoyable walk to the nearby Chapultepec Park and castle. Well worth seeing. Also enjoyed the Avenue Ámsterdam with its leafy green walkway all the way around. The beds were comfy, washer and dryer a nice convenience, and lots of natural light in the apartment. Also 2 bathrooms were appreciated. Furnishings a bit worn but fine. Be aware that if you book through Vrbo you may end up paying through Hosteando which caused me some anxiety at first but all worked out fine. Overall a good stay.

We recently stayed at this property in Mexico City and unfortunately had several significant issues that made our stay uncomfortable and unsafe.Water Leaks & Safety ConcernsThe most concerning issue was a hole in the kitchen roof that allowed rainwater to pour directly inside. Water ran down walls and near electrical outlets, creating a safety hazard. As it rained frequently during our stay, this wasn’t a one-time problem—the apartment repeatedly became damp and developed a noticeable mildew odor.Bathroom ProblemsBoth bathrooms had serious maintenance issues. The water temperature handles were broken, making it difficult to adjust hot and cold water properly. The hallway bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, which made it unpleasant to use.Lighting & FurnitureThe hallway bedroom lightbulb was burned out, leaving that room poorly lit. The sofa was not functional, as it constantly split apart instead of staying together, so it couldn’t be used comfortably.Kitchen LimitationsThe kitchen was under-equipped. For a property that accommodates multiple guests, there were only four forks provided, along with very limited utensils. The stovetop was half-broken—only two burners worked, and both were the back burners, making cooking awkward and frustrating.Overall ExperienceWhile the location of the property was convenient, the ongoing leaks, broken fixtures, inadequate kitchen setup, and lack of maintenance made the stay disappointing. The staff during booking and check-in was nice. The gentleman that helped us on-site to check-in was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. We reported the bathroom sink overflowing and loose faucet. He tried his best to fix it but he didn't have the right screw to fix the faucet.The property was not in the best condition. The living room furniture (modular couch) was dirty. The flooring has water damage. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was leaking at the base, and the sink overflows. The kitchen has a piece of rotten plywood covering the area where a dishwasher used to be. Next to the kitchen is the laundry area, which seems to be a solar poorly covered. The place smelled because of the leaks and mold. The last night we were there it rained heavily. The kitchen got flooded because water came through the laundry area, leaking through the wall were elecric plugs are. A total risk of shock or a fall. It was not pleasant to be at the property. The owner/management should fix the apartment to make it safe and sanitary before renting it out.

Excellent location with responsive host

Our stay was wonderful. The property is located in the middle of La Condesa, a very walkable and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks around. Ubers were very easy to come by. In addition, Andrea was incredibly responsive. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms, Andrea responded within minutes, and sent a repairmen out to fix it within an hour! A, I would definitely stay there again.
