'Amenities, staff just a pleasurable stay'

'Very nice hotel on a very convenient location. Just outside the buzz of Southend pier and city center but in walking distance. Great views over the Thames estuary. The rooms are very well appointed. Great design. But unfortunately not all design is practical. The bathroom is really too small. Room 204 very large, but a tiny bed and an unworkable bathroom. This doesnt add up to comfort. I hope they have rooms with a normal size bathroom. '

'Beautiful surroundings, spotless room and staff incredibly helpful! I stayed for business meeting but will be returning for a proper break to fully appreciate the spa as well net time!'
