"Great location, easy to walk around or do sightseeing. Very clean, very quiet hotel, large room, amazing view, bathroom is large and modern. All facilities are in the room. Breakfast was impressive, personnel very helpful. Only minus point was the personnel in the bar of the 30th floor , does not correspond to a 5 star hotel, arrogant, not friendly personnel, present you with a questionable bill at the end and by questions become rude and show unprofessional behaviour. "Het was een heerlijk hotel met top ontbijt. Ook gegeten in het restaurant en dit was ook goed. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Was alleen beetje warm in de kamer. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden. Alles binnen 10 tot 15 minuten wandel afstand. "

"Ive stayed in over 80 hotels and this is by far the lousiest customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Front desk agent does not know how to do her job at all or properly inform us. Absolutely regret my stay here!! Such a waste of money! Only positive thing is I got a piece of chocolate for my birthday. #Yay .. "
