'We hebben in twee verschillende kamers gezeten omdat we tussentijds naar Helsinki zijn geweest. De tweede kamer was duidelijk ruimer en rustiger dan de eerste. Verder gelijkwaardig. Het hotel ligt ideaal in de oude binnenstad op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid. Het enige minpuntje vond ik het airco-systeem. Erg luidruchtig en de bediening daarvan is onduidelijk. De lichtjes op de unit zijn irritant fel en waren op een gegeven moment aan het knipperen....

"We forgot our son’s sweater in the hall, and the next morning when we needed to leave the lady at the reception confirmed there was an item but she was not able to give it back to us because it was “too early” and she had “no access to lost & found items yet”! Quite surprised, it’s called express hotel, such simple things as access to room with lost items should always be available, 24/7, considering that the check out can indeed be before 8AM. Very disappointing, as we had to leave it there, the personnel was not able to help."
