'Initially, the staff lady was very helpful, showing me the area to park my trailer. She took us upstairs to our room which was tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels, coffee etc were supplied. There was a nice balcony upstairs with a great view of the street. We went downstairs for dinner and had a tasty and affordable meal. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Barossa Bauhaus Hotel.'

'Really enjoyed The Vine Inn (a community run hotel). Nice people on reception and behind the bars. Our room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The pool looked incredibly well kept and clean, wasn't freezing either (suspect they use their solar to heat it). We had breakfast in the Bistro - great produce and everything really well cooked. Also ate at the front bar one night - nothing to complain about, decent schnitty and fish and chips. Add to that, it is walking distance to...

'Very clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Staff heaps friendly. Warm. The only slight negative is its old, but its clean and comfy, so it doesnt matter. Everything else fine n dandy. Have stayed there numerous times and will again. '
