5 stars is not enough for this host or property. Great communication form the host and very accommodating. The property itself is everything as listed and more. So many amenities and the use of the golf cart was convenient and fun! There was plenty of room inside for all of us and fun to cook and eat together. Pool was great and we really enjoyed the pizza oven. I will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time despite mother nature. The house was amazing and my granddaughter absolutely loved the kids room. She even showwed the room Kelen (not knowing Kelen designed the room) The house had everything you needed and the host Kelen and Gary were wonderful. My family is talking about booking again. The house was so well equipped. Every room was thoughtfully put together. The kitchen had every utensil we needed and more. There were toys for our 4 year old and activities for the group of 20 something year olds. Have stayed in many rentals. By far the best communication of any of them. Always a quick and accurate response.

Great vacation house!

We were very pleased with this property. Check-in was easy and the house was clean and well maintained. It came equipped with anything you would need for a week at the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition for getting people and chairs back and forth from the beach. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all my questions. If I had to point out anything, it would be that the master bedroom upstairs does not have a door on the bathroom. If you are planning to share that bathroom with anyone else, it's worth mentioning since you would have to leave the whole room anytime they need to use it. Other than that, no complaints and would definitely recommend this house to others! Our family had a great time here!

We had a wonderful time at Kelena’s Grand Kabana! The house was extremely clean and spacious. Our multigenerational family of 12 loved the pool, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and golf cart rides to the beach. We will absolutely return to this beautiful property again. PS: Kelen was an excellent host!

Fantastic Property

Our stay at Kelena's Grand Kabana exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, had ample space for our group, the pool/golf cart was a hit with the kids, location was close to the beach and local restaurants. Kelena and Gary were friendly and gave our group some good suggestions about the area. Would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was perfect for our family vacation. The property had ample space for everyone to be comfortable. The heated pool and outdoor spaces were a big hit. Short walk to beach and local parks. Childproofing for our toddler grandson was very helpful. Property was very well appointed and hosts were super.

My parents, siblings and all the grandkids had a wonderful time at this Melbourne Beach paradise. The location was fantastic, the house was amazing, and Kelen & Co were awesome communicators and facilitators for whatever we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving!

Great family spot

One of the best stocked rental homes our group had ever been to. You truly do not need to pack anything. From extra toothbrushes, to a fully stocked kitchen complete with plenty of kid plates and even a bottle brush- the host has thought of it all. Fit 8 adults and 4 children very nicely, the pool was fantastic and had lots of hang out spots for everyone- you could tuck away to another part of the yard and feel a little secluded if you wanted to. Communication with the host was seamless, and when we thought we had an issue with the pool heater they were over in less than a half hour to make sure it was working as it should. The beds were comfortable, the space was very clean, and the location to the beach was perfect. We loved using the golf cart, but if you weren’t toting kids or lots of things it really wouldn’t be necessary, it’s so close. We tend to be a hard group to accommodate space wise and we all agreed the layout and size was perfect. Will definitely be choosing to stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Melbourne beach.

This home has absolutely everything you could think of and more. All the special touches the host Kelen did for us was amazing. Great location to anywhere in Melbourne and especially the beach! Best Spring Break House!

Oh my gosh!!! Kelen’s Grand Kabana was perfect for our multi-family SB vacation! We had three families under one roof: 6 adults and 8 kids. Each couple had their own bedroom and all kids had their own space. Nobody felt like there was a lack of privacy or inadequate sleeping space. The heated pool kept all kids entertained for hours. We all spent so much time outside by the pool, outdoor kitchen area, and fire pit making memories. The beach was within easy walking distance (less than a quarter mile away), but if you didn’t feel like walking, there were several beach cruisers in the garage that the we took advantage of daily. Kelen was quick to respond to all inquiries and never seemed bothered to help. It was nice to have the necessary staples right there for our arrival. And we took full advantage of the pizza oven! I speak for everyone in our group when I say that we are definitely putting this place in our future rotation! Book this place if you want to have a good VRBO experience!!! Thanks, Kelen and Gary 💙

Fantastic Holiday Vacation!

I'm not sure there are enough words to describe how delightful our stay was at Kelena's Grand Kabana! Kelen's communication with us in the weeks leading up to our trip was excellent and she was quick to respond when we needed her help during our stay. The house was/is beautiful, the location is perfect and we just felt like they cared so much about making our experience special. The whole family, especially the kids, loved the house and heated pool!

Kelena’s Kabana

This was one of the best vacays Ive ever had.The pictures on VRBO don’t do the home justice.Its such a beautiful home, inside & out.Not only is the home spectacular, but the landscaping is as well.We had a party of 13 & the home was def plenty big enough to accommodate all of us.The home was very clean, up to date, stocked w everything you need.Everywhere you looked, there was something to do & entertain you.The kids in our party never got bored & loved the under the sea room.Outback by the pool was spectacular as well.It had a pizza oven, grill, plenty of lounge chairs, hammock, plenty of umbrellas, electric fire, games, whole bar/kitchen area.The pool was amazing!Especially at night with the lights.The beach was walking distance from the home, but also had a little parking area to bring your vehicle/golf cart.We walked the beach at sunset & saw quite a few sea turtles coming out of the ocean.That was such an amazing experience!The garage has bicycles, lounge chairs, stuff to take to the beach.The house had plenty of board games, outside connect four, tiki hook, pool toys, & card playing table w bumper pool on the other side.Outside had a cute little fresh herb garden!You can tell the hosts have experience with vacation homes bc this house was the ultimate.So much thought was put into every aspect of this home.I literally can’t say enough positives.Kelen was such a joy!So nice & very responsive!Even checked to make sure we got in ok on arrival!Will def be back!

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 14, 8 adults and 6 grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our week at Kelena's Grand Kabana. There was ample room for all to sleep and eat together. Our hosts, Kelen and Gary, were by far the best we have ever worked with via our annual planning, check in, and addressing any questions we had during the stay. The home is not only fully stocked with the essentials but also has so many additional special touches for the pool, beach, and indoor games for everyone to enjoy. We all commented that it was probably better equipped than our own homes. The beach access is very walkable as is the boat launch for sunset viewing on the river at the other end of the street. We enjoyed swimming, shelling, evening turtle watching, and walks along the beach in addition to afternoons and evenings in the outstanding pool. When we ventured away from the house, the grandkids had a great experience at Andretti's. We kayaked on Sebastain Inlet and caught fish both at the beach and on a fishing charter. With so much to do, our week felt as if it was only 2-3 days long. Kelen and Gary you have done it right and your attention to providing your guests with a great experience really shows through. Family vacation

We had a great time the house was perfect and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were great to work with would definitely stay again. The full outdoor kitchen was a great feature. We used the pizza oven a couple of times which made for great family fun. We like pizza!

Highly Recommended!

All around great option for a family! We loved the house and amenities provided. I cannot say enough about this rental from the cleanliness to the communication from the owner. We never needed anything throughout our stay but the owner still checked in several times just to make sure. The outdoor pool area is wonderful and a close walk to the beach. So happy we found this place and would definitely stay again.

Unbelievably accommodating

Our host lived nearby and visited on more than one occasion to accommodate our needs. Everything we needed and then some was provided. Outdoor space was amazing for our group with the salt water pool, pizza oven, and kitchen. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Spring break

This was our third year with families traveling together for spring break. The house had everything and more than we needed. The kids had a ball in the pool and bunk room and the adults made some great meals in the kitchen and had fun playing at the poker table. We watched a launch out on the beach which was thrilling.

Great house for a family gathering

Everyone in the family was so impressed with this house, it was clean and fully stocked with kitchen, pool, beach and kids equipment. We enjoyed the beach a short walk down the street and the kids loved the pool. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and we even tried the pizza oven. The host sent information several times about checking in and checking out, and quickly responded to any questions. An overall great experience, we would definitely stay here again.
