« The trash cans in front of the house were overflowing, and there were flies and bugs around them. Inside the house, the floors creaked very loudly, and there were also bugs. It wasn’t terrible for a one-night stay, but considering the price, it was definitely not a good value. »

Only negative point about the location is the swim club right next door where at 7:00 am every morning for an hour someone was cleaning the pool area and the lounge chairs with a leaf blower. Very annoying. Anyone with mobility issues might find the two levels of stairs difficult. Especially when carrying luggage and groceries. »

« The suite was absolutely amazing, it was so cozy and comfortable, the hosts were amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions. The suite was super close to the main areas of Charleston which was a big bonus. This place is perfect for couples who want a getaway. When we visit Charleston again we will definitely stay here again. »

« Really enjoyed our stay, visiting North Charleston and Park Circle area. Within walking distance to some of the restaurants we visited. Place was exactly as described, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were quite firm, however we understand that some like that. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks For having us! »

« It was everything we had hoped for! We came for a girls trip and all the amenities were perfect! The back yard was exceptional with the kayaks, the hot tub, and the outdoor seating! Sarah was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had! The kitchen was great for cooking dinner to save some money! We went to Sullivans island to go to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day! Would highly recommend! »

« Lauren was so easy to correspond with leading up to our arrival and while we were at the property. The space is absolutely perfect for 2 couples with ample common space and sleeping arrangements. « The location was right beside the interstate which made traveling to and from our week long event commitment, very convenient. The home is tucked away in the very back of a large neighborhood system so while it can take a few minutes just to get from the entrance of the neighborhood to the home, you don’t have to worry about busy, loud traffic.
