One of the chairs even broke entirely under the weight of someone in my group. The bed, the toilet seat, and the bathroom sink were all very crookedly installed in the queen bedroom of my accommodation. 'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '
