« Love this hotel every time I come to Gulf port. »

« It was almost perfect. The place was very clean. The staff were super friendly and professional. The only problem is that the shampoo and conditioner were out and I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. I purposely didn’t buy any the night before because I saw there were pumps of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but then the next morning when I went to use it, I realized that the bottles were empty (you can’t tell until you go to pump them). That was my only discrepancy. »

« Very dirty hotel. I will never forget the day that I have to wash the bath before putting my son in it. My foot was black under because of the floor dirty. Very big 0. »

« At 5 in the morning the neighbor at the room 411 listens tv at the full volume…. I called the front desk no answer for at least three minutes second trying she answer and told me to try to find which room making nose and call her again and she will call the room . Will ask Expedia for refound and the breakfast was the worst since we ride (25...

« Everything was good on my recent trip and stay at this hotel »

« Worst stay that I have had in 4-5 years.... Came in on a Sunday and had to switch rooms three times as there was an issue with the first two rooms. On Monday when I saw the hurricane was coming through I told the staff that I would be leaving on Thursday morning to keep my family safe. I was reassured that I would not be charged for nights not used as the hurricane was coming and I had to go from MS, AL before I could get safely to Florida where we live. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I talked to...

Bonne isolation sonore. Excellent petit déjeuner avec sucré/salé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. »

« The staff was exceptional. Room could have been cleaned better but was acceptable. Small variety of breakfast items available but what was offered was good. »

« Hébergement très propre »

« il avait des poils un peu partout »

« Got there and room was disgusting. Asked to cancel 4 day reservation because of room. Was not offered any options. Contacted expedia and was told that owner would not refund. Even after checking out of room. There were cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on bedding and walls. I contacted expedia about it with pictures and was told owner wouldn't refund any of the 5 nights. »
