Tucked away on a beautiful wooded lot, this charming single-family retreat is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The home features two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay for couples, families, or small groups.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a warm and inviting living area complete with an electric fireplace and Smart TV. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from either the Keurig or traditional drip coffee maker, then unwind on the couch by the fire or step outside to the back patio and take in the peaceful natural scenery.

While the home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort, it is located within the Massanutten community and just minutes from year-round activities including skiing, snow tubing, grass tubing, ice skating, golf, indoor and outdoor water parks, mountain biking, zip lining, mini golf, go-karts, tennis, swimming, fishing, parks, and more. Guests also have access to over 30 miles of scenic hiking trails.

Outdoor adventure is always close by. Access to the Shenandoah River is just 10 miles away, where you can enjoy tubing and kayaking during the warmer months. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, along with Skyline Drive and the Appalachian Trail, is only 15 miles away and offers incredible hiking and mountain views year-round.

Guests also have access to two recreation centers located within Massanutten Resort. These facilities feature indoor pools, racquetball courts, fitness centers, and arcade games. Access is available for approximately $15 per person and includes 24 hours of use. Tennis courts are also conveniently located near the outdoor pool area.
