'In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). 'This was truly fantastic, Luca and his lovely wife are careful and passionate hosts who will do their very best to accommodate their guests. We had the quadruple room for 3 nights, it was large and comfortable. Breakfast (with nearly everything home made) is amazing as well. Only thing are the mosquitos near the swimmigpool and on the terrace but this is not something the hosts could do much about. We’ll be back when we come to Volterra !'

'Nice we can park for free next to the hotel. The centre is on walking distance, like 10 minutes. The furniture and beds where a little bit old but all was very clean. We had many delay with the flight so we where just on time for the check-in (23.00). If we where later we had a problem because there is then nobody. Good to know this.
