« I was weary of booking this hotel because of the lack of reviews but I stayed here for 3 months while working in Germany and enjoyed it so much I recommended it to my colleague to book as well. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful with any questions. The man who works the breakfast room remembered on my 3rd day what I would want to eat and cooked it without asking. Being able to open your doors and look out at the river was my favorite part and it's a very nice, safe area....

« Nous sommes venus pour le Marathon de Frankfort. L'hôtel est à 2min du départ, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour soit manger dehors soit dans le studio avec en plus la proximité du centre commercial. »

« Hôtel neuf et superbement équipé, excellent rapport qualité-prix. Chambres vastes et équipées comme un studio. Situation idéale en plein centre ville, sur le parc du casino. Un petit bémol: le parking. L'hôtel possède un vase parking réservé aux résidents de long terme et au personnel, donc pas aux clients de passage. Il faut se garer au parking du Kurhaus à 150m. Cher ! »

« Set in a residential area, very quiet and yet close to the Messe and public transport. Grocery stores and restaurants/cafés near by. Rooms are well equipped with basic kitchen tools. Very clean, very welcoming. »

« This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” »

« The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus. »

« There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. Die fussläufige Verbindung zur Bushaltestelle ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, so dass der PKW für einen Stadtbesuch nicht bewegt werden muss. Die Nutzungszeiten des Aussenbereiches müssen penibel eingehalten werden. Bei voller Belegung des Hauses wird es mit nur einem Badezimmer ein wenig eng.
