'I loved my stay at the smoke lake hot springs ,staff we very helpful awsome hospitality rooms were very clean. The staff were very busy with there daily chaos but still had time to make sure all there customers were happy. I would strongly refer family and friends to stay there and will be booking in the future to stay there.'

Staff were amazing and very friendly.
The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground.
Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. The shortbread in the kitchenette was delightful.
Very close to local shops and cafes. Two doors down you have a range of food choices.

'I didn't realise we would be entering through a shared facility to our unit. This was a little confusing, although once I made contact with the manager, it was smooth entry from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and met all our needs. This facility would be great for large family trips where there is shared space and more private units also. I would recommend this and would definitely stay again.'

'We stayed in one of the motel units. We had a late check in and our room had the heat pump already on so arrived to a nice warm unit. Staff were great throughout our stay, loved the hot swim both mornings - towels provided for our swim. The motel unit was comfortable and fully stocked with the standard kitchen appliances and crockery. Good sized fridge. Fantastic sunrise in the morning. Will definitely stay again.'

'Booked for my wife and daughter and discovered that the hotel charges $79 for two people for breakfast! This is just absolute robbery - they were rushing to a competition with no other options so just paid. Not the experience you would expect for so much money, in fact the breakfast was extremely average -less than we've had at free breakfast hotels. Overall the hotel is extremely average - view was of garbage - room was just OK - and then being ripped off for breakfast just was the topping...
