« We enjoyed our stay so close to the Tides Inn for the Taste of the Bay. Irvington is a quaint walkable town, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of fast paced locations. »

« Everything was very nice. The kitchen is located on the second floor and has everything one could need. There is plenty of room for having a big family dinner. The yard is quite large which our dogs appreciated. There is no fence around the yard but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would happily stay here again. »

« We had a great stay. Easy check in process. Home was clean and well equipped. We loved using the stand up paddle board and kayaks. Cape Charles has a great beach with easy parking, warm water, and minimal waves. Our dog had a great time playing in the water in the mornings. »

« Cape Utopia was amazing. Everything as pictured. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Right down the road from a beautiful park. Elizabeth has thought of so many little details for her wonderfully decorated, old-world charm home. The porch was fabulous for reading and just relaxing. »

« Great place to stay for the weekend. Place was quiet and peaceful. The house furnished well with great amenities. Fishing and kayaking from off the dock. Also life jackets available for the kids for safety as well. Catching crabs off the docks, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding. The house has nice deck in the back where we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon and evening activities playing corn hole, and spent good time sitting in front of fire pit was great. « We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. »

« The property is amazing. Its has beautiful decor, very spacious and has everything you will need. The location is fantastic. The views are to die for. I will warn you, the grass has spurs so always wear shoes. The beach has a lot of glass and sharp shells so bring water shoes. Ths life center is a great deal and fun for the whole family but the center is about a mile and a half away on the golf course. You will regret it if you dont rent a golf cart. « This is our second year at Mariners Legacy for a family vacation with 4 generations! This is such an excellent location to relax and enjoy the river. We spend most of our time on the back porch just watching the boats, birds, and jumping fish. Great place for the kids and adults to catch crabs and fish. Three families (with young kids!) shared the space comfortably--it was perfect for our group. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for both adults and littles.
