Mother son Weekend
This is a beautiful house! The bedding and sheets are amazing! The kitchen appliances were so fabulous too. Iâm only going to comment that the downstairs area was freezing. It appears from the owner that there is one heating unit. While there are gas fireplaces downstairs and upstairs, we couldnât get either to turn on, We contacted the host as much as we could but they were in a spot where it was hard to respond. But my real reason for giving lower stars was the drive way. It is so incredible steep and it was not paved or treated. Even with 4wd we couldnât comfortably get up the driveway because of old ice and snow. A heads up on the angle to get up the drive way and steepness would have been more helpful. We had to lug all bags, groceries and other items up a major driveway. While a great workout, it was a shortfall with expectations.
