'We hebben genoten van dit prachtig gelegen en goed geoutilleerde huis. De weg omhoog is echter nogal avontuurlijk. Jammer was ook dat de WiFi het niet deed toen wij er waren. Le Marche is een prachtige authentieke niet toeristische streek.'

'Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... 'Unsere 4 tägige Jugendreise war in dem Haus richtig toll. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz und alles hat soweit gepasst. Meines Erachtens könnte die Küche für 30 Personen, obwohl wir nur mit 20 Leute da waren, besser ausgestattet sein. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.'

The house is located in the middle of nowhere with a magnificent view of the Marche country side. Long views into the valley and the mountains far away. Absolute privacy and only the crickets break the silence. The house is the most complete we ever had. Pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, pool table, bikes, fitness gear, barbecue, and more and more and more. Everything is in perfect...

'Amazing property with views to match. Well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of areas to watch the sun go down over Dan Marino and the Adriatic Sea. The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. Perfect!'

'We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or...

'Prachtige woning omgeven door akkers. Als je rustig wilt zitten zonder andere toeristen in de buurt, is dit dé aangeraden plek. Een geweldig en groot zwembad waar overdag de zwaluwen van komen drinken en 's avonds de vleermuizen. Grote ruime slaapkamers, eigenlijk alles aanwezig. De dorpjes in de buurt hebben ook alles te bieden en niet ver weg.'
