'The staff in this hotel is AMAZING. From bellboy to kitchenstaff, everybody is friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The location is also great. the rooms are good and the restaurant has good food.

'Location of the hotel was superb, immediately in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi Old Quarter once you walk out the door and hallway.
Staff are very friendly and attentive, the room was very clean and as expected from photos.
As the hotel is located behind the main blocks on the road (through a small hallway inward from the road) it is very quiet at night, easy to catch some shuteye.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le Vieux Quartier, à environ 10 minutes du lac. Le personnel de la réception a organisé une excursion pour nous au Pagode de l'Encens. L'hôtel est assez moderne et très bien entretenu. Je reviendrai ici lors de mon retour à Hanoi !!'

'Excellent location, easy walk to many tourist attractions. We stayed for 3 nights which we then headed to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. We left our luggage at the hotel without any issues.

'Hotel Meritel is een fantastisch hotel, op alle vlakken. Het is goed gelegen in de oude stad, het personeel is next level professioneel, vriendelijk en altijd klaar om te helpen. Een speciale vermelding voor Anh van de receptie, wie er er voor zorgde dat je we ons ontzettend welkom voelden.
