Built in 2024, this home has been designed for ultimate calm and serenity. Inviting a state of relaxation, whilst giving your children the space to spread out and enjoy themselves in a child friendly environment.
Throughout the house the walls and ceilings have all been hand-finished with high end limewash paint by Bauwerk - giving the home a warm textured finish, and offering the perfect backdrop to all your indoor holiday moments.
The entire home feature dreamy sheer curtains in a relaxed linen fabric, remote controlled roman blinds, dimmable lighting and plenty of storage. Both the main bathroom and ensuite have heated tile flooring and heated vertical towel rails.

Bedroom 2 features an oak queen bed, marble and oak bedside tables with a comfy corner swivel chair.
Bedroom 3 has a Scandinavian designed bunk-bed setup (single on top, king single bottom), nightlight, double desk, book collection and toys appropriate for children aged 5-12yrs.
Bedroom 4 has an plush king-single bed, secret chill out nook/daybed (concealed behind curtains), children's books and toys (3-6yrs), nightlight & white noise. There is also a floor to ceiling oak ladder with gymnastic rings hung above a boucle ball pit (this is strictly for children aged 3-6 only. It can be un-installed and stored if preferred.)
All bedrooms have free standing wardrobe storage and the beds are dressed in high end 100% linen bedding.
The main bathroom features a "wet area" with a large walk in shower and over-sized bath which sits beneath a large window dressed in bifolding shutters for privacy. The vanity has a large ceramic basin, two drawers of storage and a practical mirror. The toilet is positioned conveniently in the corner to service all the bedrooms.
The home also features an unexpected dark moody powder room (toilet) near the front entrance/main living zone for convenient use throughout the day.
The entire house is heated/cooled by a ducted system for ease of temperature control. In addition, the whole-house also uses a water filtration system and copper pipes bringing you the best water possible!
The living zone features floor to ceiling windows, 2 sets of sliding doors to the outdoor areas, the east facing is a double stacker unit opening out to the main outdoor space. The blockout linen roman blinds are all motorised. There are 4 zones in this space:
The kitchen boasts a huge stone island bench with sink and 4 comfy stools to sit at the breakfast bar. There is a 90cm freestanding oven, french-door fridge+freezer, dishwasher and ample cabinetry with all the cooking utensils, hardware, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
The scullery houses the espresso machine (phew!), additional sink with Billi Tap: Instant Boiling/Chilled/Sparkling water and other coffee makers and appliances for your use.
The oval oak table seats six comfortably, and eight when needed. A child's high-chair is available for this space, for ages infant through to about 5yrs old (please enquire before you arrive for this).
The living space has an oversized 4-seater sofa, Scandinavian Leather recliner, additional cozy occasional chair and stools arranged around the nesting coffee tables to encourage easy social conversations, with a huge in-build fire place as the central backdrop. The Samsung 'Frame' TV is discreetly mounted opposite the deep tobacco velvet couch.
The media room has a large concealed pocket door that allows the room to be closed off when needed, (minimising any noise!) the plush sofa is setup for up to seat 6 opposite a wall mounted TV. There is an electric piano available tucked behind the door should there be a willing musician keen to provide live music?!
The laundry is equipped with the huge LG Washtower - 17kg washing machine and 10kg dryer, wash tub, stick vacuum, ironing board/iron and drying rack.
The outdoor space is still a work in progress with very little landscaping. However, there is a Vuly 3 bay swing-set which includes various swings for the kids, an elevated cubby, a basketball hoop and trampoline (with hose and sprinkler of course!)
