The check in process was unorganized. I didn’t get my check in instructions until 2 hours after check in (6pm). I had paid in full the day before and followed up several times but still never got the info. I had to call several numbers, tried to email, and even reached out to VRBO support with no resolution. Finally I called the resort security line and was able to get connected. The process was frustrating but the stay was very enjoyable. The condo is old and outdated but it’s an amazing location. One of the windows didn’t lock and the deadbolt didn’t work but when I reached out to the front desk about this they had maintenance come immediately to install a new deadbolt and fix the window even though it was 9pm. I really appreciated this level of customer service!
