'You need to complain to the local police and mayor that the homeless people hanging around the Hotel area need to be relocated to a shelter as it is effecting the businesses .get together with corporate 7eleven and complain to the city to do something.This causes me on my next Spokane visit to not go to your hotel Also breakfast should not close so early(9am),should stay open until at least 930am.'

'This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. '

'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '
