'Voor de prijs een prima locatie en schone kamers. Bed en badkamer waren prima. We hebben er geen ontbijt gegeten. Ik betaalde iets extra voor uitzicht op de rivier, maar dat geld had ik me kunnen besparen. Van uitzicht was geen sprake. Verder is het gebouw erg gehorig. Om 1u 's nachts hoor de mensen boven je heen en weer lopen. Dus dat hield me wakker. '

'Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and good rooms. For this price point I would expect breakfast to be included but instead there are hidden costs like a parking fee and an 'Amenity Fee'. The latter is really hidden and compulsory. For a whopping $20/day one gets things that should be included for free, like a bottle of water and coffee in the room. Also access to the swimming pool and wellness are included but if you're not going to use them the hotel still expects you to pay for it. Very unfair and...

'Breakfast at Rosie's was a.azing as well as the girl at the counter. We stayed two night at hotel ruby to see a show across the street at the knitting factory. There were 3 different people at the lobby check in that time and they were all awesome! Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back'

'We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!'

'The staff was very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. The pool was nice but the hot tub was covered over with plywood. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. Plus, the hallway spelt like smoke and on one of the nights, it spelt like marijuana. '

I'd stay here again without question. Just outside was the river trail with great river scenery, and a quarter mile or so to Riverfront Park and downtown. Also, the parking was generous and well lit.'
