« Room was so much in disarray and unidentified stains all over the sofa, I had to call and request a room change. They did however change me into a studio from a two bedroom. I am supposed to be getting 2/3 of my pay back, but that has yet to be seen. Every month and weekend there seems to be a festival (loud music) in Mactan Cebu; the bass is so loud it rattles the windows in the condo. « Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à l'hôtel. Les contraintes étaient de réserver 24h à l'avance et lorsque nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel, personne n'a répondu... Ils ont eu le culot de nous envoyer un mail le lendemain pour nous demander l'heure d'arrivée. Cela démontre le manque de sérieux de cet établissement que je ne recommande absolument pas »
