'Staff are exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. There's nothing fancy about the place, but nothing fancy is needed, given the surroundings. I especially enjoyed my balcony with the fan. Breakfast is decent and it's only a 20 min walk to the orangutan rehab centre and 5 mins to the rainforest discovery centre.'

'This beautiful colonial hotel is within walking distance to all turist sites in Georgetown. The staff is super friendly, the food and fresh juices were delicious. We loved it and hope to go back next time we go to Penang. Absolutely recommend it!'
