'I would not recommend staying here. The rooms do not look as good as the pictures. The place is not that clean and the pool is very crowded at night. I regret staying here because there were so many better hotel options in the area.'

'They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.'

'We arrived and asked what our unit number and the password were but we had no idea because the property never sent us an email which they were supposed to beforehand. It took 30-40 min to figure out when we were very tired from the trip & Legoland. They never apologized.'

'Had a wonderful stay at Ethel Cozy Suite. The apartment is humble, cozy, and very clean. It felt comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The unit was well-maintained, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the check-in and stay process. Great location, comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families and groups visiting Cameron Highlands....
