« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »

« Hôtel 5 etoiles soit-disant, nous voulions nous faire plaisir dans un lieu d'exception, mais cet hôtel n'a pas dû être évalué depuis longtemps. Au mieux un 4 étoiles, gros problèmes de finition un peu partout (peinture défraîchies, plantes en plastique...), pas les accessoires d'un 5 étoiles que l'on aurait pu attendre dans la chambre, tout est payant (eau y compris...). Personnel à la réception aimable à première vue mais il faut faire attention à la facture, les avantages disparaissent au...

« The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time. »

« When we arrived at the Clyde Hotel for our stay, we did not realize that the building was a historic hotel and were delighted to see how much of the building was original. It was a delightful insight into how hotels operated in the past. Additionally, the staff are fantastic and personable. I've never stayed at a hotel quite like this before and I certainly plan to do so again! »

« Super friendly staff that always greeted us with a smile. Always helpful. Easy check in process. The room was clean, in excellent condition, and nicely laid out. Only minor gripe was the somewhat weak shower pressure… Would be nice if they offered some sort of continental breakfast option, or if the attached Recess restaurant served breakfast throughout the week. »
