'We had an amazing time! My daughter and five of her friends found this place by chance. I originally booked another property to celebrate their senior year but had to make new arrangements due to unfinished construction at the other place. It was a blessing in disguise because this house is absolutely gorgeous, well stocked, had everything we needed and so much more. 'This home is what we expected. The guest house does not have beds for couples. The only downside in our stay was that I was told numerous times to read the folder, which we all did. The folder 1st said to put towels and sheets in the tub. The next point said wash and dry towels. Since we left before 7 it was impossible to wash and dry towels. (the owner told me it was in the VRBO directives). There would be a $10 charge since we did not wash and dry the towels, because that is what her cleaning...

'Enjoyed our stay right in the water front. If you take your boat, the boat launch that is not far from the house will not allow you to turn around to launch your boat. Owner of the house was super helpful and very sweet! She called to make sure we made it ok and called the day we left to thank us for staying. House was a nice size for our 2 boys and their families to come visit every day while we there. The Johnson Family'

'Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!'

'The home was very nice and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the one minute walk to the lake is incorrect. There is no lake access. All properties on the lake shore are private property. We wanted to do some fishing and had to drive up to Gun Barrel City to access the lake. TV service is poor at best. The signal was constantly dropping in and out.'
