'Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. 'We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous.'

'Clean room and helpful staff'

'At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. '

'Internet goes out regularly. After waiting for hours on the staff to come by and several calls, they tell me internet is out all together. Next day the same problem. The front desk staff is bored, rude and unhelpful. A Towel-service at the pool would be helpful too, instead of having to go back to your room and use your rooms towels at the pool. The restaurant staff is helpful and polite.'
