'The faucets are loose and about to fall off when you turn to open water. The air-conditioning unit barely work, this the room is so hot. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. We were not comfortable at all thus we had to check out 3 days earlier. I can commend the staff though , they are helpful and try to accommodate to requests but with limited resources they can only do so much. The location is good.'

'The room with a private toilet is located right next to the bar/reception, so you need to have the curtains closed at all times if you don't want staff and guests looking straight in, only a few meters away.
They also play music from the bar/reception until around 11 pm and start again around 7-9am, and it can be heard clearly in the room.
The room's AC is very loud.
The bathroom did not feel very clean, the towels had others guests hair entangled into them, and they don't provide any...
