'I can't really recommend Room 20. Squeaky stairs next to the room wakes you up every time someone passes. The shower is either very hot or boiling..it was impossible to adjust and not possible to reach anyone to ask how to adjust if possible at all.'

'Room 10: The carpet looked like it had been vacuumed for a while. Dedicated coffee was still hanging on the apparently washed coffee cups! There was a piece of candy stuck on the floor in the bathroom. There was no toilet brush and the bottom of the toilet was dirty! Too bad because the beds and bathroom looked fairly recent. With some attention to hygiene this would be a good hotel. You have to take into account that it is next to a guarded truck parking lot where the refrigerated trucks can be...

'Stayed one night with family after a driving experience at the nearby aerodrome. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and food on the night excellent. Will definitely visit again.'

'Had a nice peaceful stay at The Heart of England. Very comfortable bed and powerful invigorating shower I couldn't get the TV to work unfortunately, but that didnt affect my stay. I will be returning again!'
